"Stopped by and tried their cookies, apple pie and a cheesecake! The cookies were perfect. The apple pie was delicious and enjoyed by family on Easter… the cheesecake was amazing. I remember getting a little smile when I took the first bite. I can't wait to return when it's a little less busy so I can grab some more items. You know the place is busy when you pull up 5 minutes after they open and there's a line outside to get in. It was the day before Easter also so I knew it would be busy everywhere! They did a great job at moving the customers and along and staying friendly while doing so."

"Signatures is beyond amazing. Best bakery in Pittsburgh, hands down. I'm confident that if you dropped it into midtown Manhattan it would still be the best bakery around. Every bakery has something that they make extra good, but Signatures makes everything extra good. Their deserts are not too sweet like some bakeries. Presentation and customer service are great too. Cannot recommend highly enough! Only complaint is now I'm ruined for all other banana cream pies. Lol. But seriously, if you can only try one thing, make it the banana cream pie!"

"Each year I look at many photos of floral buttercream cakes so that I can take my favorite to a bakery and they will make it for me. This year, everyone decided to get married and with the overabundance of wedding cakes to bake and a shortage of workers, I had a difficult time finding a bakery who would make me my beloved elaborately decorated carrot cake. I remembered a carrot cake that was superb at a restaurant which was made by Signature Desserts. I called them and talked to Linda and although they were having the same problems, she was happy to help me. Although Bethel Park is more than a skip and a hop from Shadyside, we made the journey and were not disappointed. The cake is beautiful and tastes sublime. My dear 88+ year old friend had a piece. When I asked her if she liked it. She said that she didn't like it but that she loved it. The customer service here is great and Linda is wonderful. I'll be back next year for sure."

"Highly recommend! We worked with Signature Desserts for our August 2021 wedding and chose them because we ate their delicious cake at a friend's wedding! We chose two different flavor combinations of cake for our guests - Vanilla with Raspberry and Cream Cheese and Chocolate with Peanut Butter Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache. Everyone loved it! Linda and the team were so wonderful to work with, and accommodating and flexible through one COVID postponement. We had a wonderful tasting session and they have packages to fit every need and budget!"

"We used Signature Desserts for our wedding cake. We were extremely impressed. I can honestly say that most wedding cakes I have had at other weddings were just ok, not very memorable. This is not the case for signature. Their cake for our wedding was amazing. Many of our guests told us how delicious it was. The planning process was easy, as we sat down with Linda and tasted every option possible. We chose the raspberry and almond cream filling. They gave us an entire cake to take home then for our family to try for our tasting. We compared their cake to others, and we were blown away with how much better Signature was compared to the others in the South Hills area. The best part - we have a voucher for a fresh cake to get on our one year anniversary instead of eating freezer burned cake! We already cannot wait for that. They designed the cake exactly as I envisioned too. The cake was so good that after we did our cutting, my husband was going back for seconds. They did an amazing job. I recommend them to anyone for any occasion. We cannot wait to go back!"

"We worked with signature desserts for our wedding through the vendor package provided by our venue. Linda is a joy to talk to and we had so much fun at our appointments. They took care of every detail, Linda even ordered the flowers for our cake herself while walking us through the entire process. Everyone loved the cake and it was beautiful, exactly what we had envisioned. I am so thankful that they also provide a complimentary anniversary cake voucher so we didn't have to freeze the top for a year! Through no fault of Signature Desserts, our guests were unable to enjoy their amazing selection of pastries. Linda had helped us hand select each item, pies, tarts, cheesecakes, all kinds of wonderful items, and had built it all out perfectly for our wedding and expected guest count. We were thankfully still able to have some with our family and even if you aren't planning a wedding, you have to try every dessert offered by the bakery, they were all perfectly delicious. She was also so kind as to offer ways to correct this mistake even though it was once again, no fault of the bakery! I am so thankful for all the help that we received from them throughout the year of planning. They are a truly a wonderful family and we will be returning to Signature Desserts for years to come."
