Death By Chocolate - Rich chocolate fudge is nestled between three layers of moist Devil's Food cake, iced with a chocolate buttercream icing, then topped with a pool of dark chocolate genache. Ghiardelli-brand chocolate chips finish this magnificent chocoholic's cake.
Lemon
Cloud Cake - Tart lemon curd tops each of the three layers of moist
yellow cake. Iced with whipped cream, flaked coconut (optional) on the
sides and a pool of lemon curd on top.
Linzer Torte - A traditional
Old World dessert with a rich cinnamon hazelnut crust and raspberry filling
— lattice-topped with slivered almonds. Rich and satisfying!
Raspberry Torte - Seedless raspberry
filling between three layers of yellow cake, rich buttercream icing and
fresh raspberries top this delicious cake. The sides are presented with
slivered toasted almonds (optional).
Snowball Cake - Three layers of rich dark chocolate
cake is filled with two layers of light sweet whipped cream. Iced in whipped
cream and then smothered in sweet flaked coconut.
Strawberry Torte - Fresh-sliced strawberries and custard are nestled between three layers of moist yellow cake. Real whipped cream icing and fresh whole strawberries top this best-seller. The sides are presented with slivered toasted almonds (optional).
Toasted Almond Torte - Three layers of yellow cake with almond custard nestled between each layer. Real whipped cream and toasted slivered almonds surround this luscious cake, dusted with confectioners sugar.

Apple
Crumb Tart - Deep-dish apple pie using three
pounds of hand-peeled Granny Smith apples and topped with a cinnamon crumb.
Serves 8-12.
Chocolate Paté - White chocolate layered between four layers of dense chewy brownie. Ask for serving suggestions!
Silky Chocolate Mousse Pie - Rich velvet chocolate mousse in a chocolate-cookie crust, piled high with real whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie - Creamy smooth peanut butter sandwiched between two layers of rich chocolate in a chocolate-cookie crust.
Cream Pies - All topped with real whipped cream. Each 10-inch deep dish pie serves 8-10. Choice of Banana, Chocolate, Coconut, or Chocolate Banana. Lemon Meringue is available from April through September.
Fresh Fruit Flan - Sugar-cookie crust with a rich pastry cream filling topped with glazed fresh fruit.
Fruit Pies - 10-inch deep dish, double-crusted, serves 8-10. Choice of Apple, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach or Strawberry-Rhubarb.
Key Lime Pie - Very tart, smooth
and creamy, this is the authentic recipe straight from the Florida Keys!
Topped with our fresh whipped cream.
Peach Praline Crumb Tart - Fresh peaches with
a hint of almond are spooned over a layer of chopped Southern pecans and
caramel. Topped with our own homemade cinnamon streusal crumb topping.
Serves up to 14 guests.
Pecan
or Chocolate-Pecan Nut Tart - Very rich and gooey! Serves 8-10.
Sour Cream Custard Tart - Rich sour cream custard with your choice of fruit is a wonderful treat. Serves 10-12. Choice of Triple Berry, Blueberry, Sour Cherry, or Peach.
Tiramisu - Pie or Bowl. Serves 10-12.
